We employ a dedicated team who have at least 10 years experience each in the mobility industry and have been highly trained to the highest standard.  Our aim is to be the best, and as a company we have experience in buying and supplying to the public and to the trade, so you can rely on us to provide the highest quality products at the right price.  Factory Outlet Scooters pride ourselves on our customer service and always strive to assess your needs to fully ensure all the products we supply are tailored to you, without any hard sell tactics.

We also employ highly qualified engineers who each have over 11 years experience working with us. They receive extensive training both in house and from external organisations which allows them to constantly update their skills. Our engineers are highly skilled and dedicated to the job, and there is never a job too big or too small. We employ our own delivery drivers, who have a vast experience with face to face deliveries. If you chose the accompanied delivery service then you can expect the product to be built and a full demonstration will be given. Our drivers will not leave you until you are happy with everything.
