If you are disabled or have a long term medical condition you are eligible for VAT relief saving you 20% .


Please note that the product will go in your basket with VAT but will be removed when you select VAT relief on step 2 of the checkout process when entering billing details.


Delivery Information

At FOS we offer a high commitment to customer care, service and choice, once you have made your purchase decision, you can select the way you want the item delivered.

We offer a choice of delivery methods:

Courier Delivery

The item purchased will arrive by standard courier (9am – 6pm) boxed for you to assemble and install. Please be aware that some of our products are heavy and you may need to arrange help in un-boxing and assembling. Please retain all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase as you will need this for any returns.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note 'damaged on arrival' and informing the company within 8 hours. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for any inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment 'damaged on arrival' the seller cannot be held responsible for damages. Customers may be requested to supply photos of the damage sustained in delivery & dispatch.

Please be aware when signing for your scooter you are signing for the condition of the contents not the box. If you are unable to check the contents please tick unchecked/damaged which will take the liability off you.

If a consignment has been despatched and the delivery has been attempted and refused by the customer there will be a surcharge of £100 for our costs incurred 

Installed Delivery

This means that your new purchase will be delivered direct to your home at a pre-arranged time. The product will be delivered to you at your house and will be fully assembled.

The courier delivery method or standard delivery is included in the advertised price of your purchase however you may choose to select the accompanied delivery method from the drop down list entitled Delivery Option when you place your order (there will be an additional charge added to your order for this option).

We aim to deliver all stock items within 3 to 5 working days of cleared funds. (We normally deliver quicker than this please ask).

Worldwide Delivery

We welcome worldwide disabled scooter enquiries so should you live outside the UK please contact us for a quote. From as little as £30 a lightweight disabled scooter can be deliver to Ireland by courier.

All orders outside of the UK mainland will be delivered by courier service but to ensure that the scooter reaches you in perfect condition, we assemble the scooter, conduct safety checks, then repackage with added padding before we allow the scooter to be dispatched.
